NEWS – Have you ever tried to design an entertainment space and decided you wanted a projector? I have, but the deterrent is usually the size of the projector and the mounting options that allow it to be out of the way. Historically, I have found that projectors that do an excellent job and can project 4K videos are usually large and give off a whole lot of heat. It would be great to have one that can do the job and simply blend into the room and disappear.

My research brought me to the Wemax Go which the manufacturer claims is the thinnest ALPD Smart Laser Projector. It is 1” thick and features Smart OS, HDR 4K Support, Auto Keystone, up to 120″ display projection, a built-in battery, and full connectivity. Also features the patented ALPD® Laser Technology. 600 ANSI Lumens, Double-Bright Display, Roku, 102% Rec.709 Color Gamut, and a 25,000hr laser life. If you are interested in experiencing the movie theater experience in a small and compact package, check it out on the Wemax Go Indiegogo crowdfunding page. Shipping should start around April 2022 with a final price somewhere possibly around $1200.
